Terms & Condititions - Energy Read BER Energy Rating

Payment terms:
Payments by cheque must be cleared before Energy Read can issue the BER certificate in the post. If you wish to pay by cash this must be paid on the date of the assessment to the assessor.

Cancellation Policy:
Energy Read reserves the right to cancel an assessment at any time. If such a case arises an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

Energy Read reserves the right if an assessment is cancelled within a 24 hour period to obtain a 100% cancellation fee. If an assessment is cancelled 1 to 7 days before Energy Read reserves the right to obtain a 10% cancellation fee. All cancellations made within the 1 to 7 days before the date must be in writing and any cancellations within the 24 hour period can be sent by e-mail from which the booking was made from. In the event that an assessor cannot for any reason enter the property at the arranged time and date or if the assessor deems the property to be unsafe working conditions a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
